My site losing all updates of December and Backups is not generated

I saw my site before yesterday and I found that my site look different... all updates of December is gone and my site files go back to old look

It look like someone restores my site using last month backup. I talk with live chat more than 10 times and i open ticket... Until now I am waiting around 48 hours

Right now in Cpanel i don’t see any backup for this month before 12 December.

And my site statics don’t show any visits statics before this date in AWStats

my ticket still open for 3 days ... the (engineer) making 1 reply every 24 hours

Yesterday i asked him which backup date you restored?
Today after 24 hours he told me we restore backup of 12-8-2008
Now i am asking him (i cannot see any different, do you mean 12 Aug or 8 Dec?)
Tomorow he will choose one

In this way they need around 4 days at least to resolve one small issue

I will paste all ticket here after finishing that slowest conversation

Pasting of the ticket information is not allowed.

This hosting is US based so 12/8/2008 would be December 8. Powweb only keeps a few days of back-ups. They would not have a back-up from August 12.

A person in livehelp told me there is an issue in your backup .. it is not generated ... !!

Ok .. in 6 and 7 and 8 and 9 December site was look defferent .. but now before and after he restored backup of 8 Dec 2008 .. all my update of 10 last days are gone.

Google cache still showing the update in 6 Dec .. but current is not

Where is last three days .. where is 8 or 9 or 10 Dec backup?

It's not unusual to find a few days missing very occasionally. It is your responsibility to maintain the backups and Powweb has never guaranteed that they would have backups for 3 days.

The backups aren't there, you therefore need to redo the changes. This time make your own backup.
