Use your Anti-virus / Anti-spyware to do a forced scan and clean-up.

If yours doesn't find it, find a new one that will. Try the home edition of avast! (free), it should work or one of the many other free ones.

I have Norton 360 and ran a scan but it did not clean it up?

Try a different scanner.... as suggested but disable Norton before running (you may wish to disconnect from the internet before running as well).

might try re-booting into safe mode before running the scan.

is the popup from your antivirus software?

Chances are you are not the first (http://www.google.com/search?q=Lsas.blaster.keylogger) to come across this...

The items reports can most likely be removed by running Windows Defender, Spybot S&D, Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware, and Adaware while in safe mode.

That's how we do it at work.

The home edition is free for more than 30 days. You simply have to register it by supplying an e-mail address. No spam (sales nags) comes from them. You get one e-mail, the registration key.
