VIDEO: need help, or info on how to get help

I'm hoping someone can help me out here.

As of right now, there are two things I want to be able to do ASAP

1) Upload videos. What do I upload them to?

2) Be able to give someone a link that they can click on and simply watch the video. Nothing fancy. All I need is for somebody to be able to watch it.

If it's a bit much to explain it all to me, then maybe just a tip as to where to look to find out how to do it.

This has been answered in your "Before signing-up" thread, using FileZilla upload them into htdocs then your link is like: www.domain.com/video.wmv Or delete any index file and in OPS> Services> Site Tools> .htaccess click "Open Directory Browsing" and simply give them your www.domain.com The computer viewing the video must have some kind of media player installed. If it doesn't you can make some simple html pages to display the video.
