hi,
I was trying to print some digital art of mine yesterday but everytime I did a white streak comes out in the middle of the page. I tried cleaning and realigning the printer but that did not work. I realized its not an issue with the printer itself because when i make photocopies with it the prints come out fine. What I did notice is that this has been happening ever since my monitor developed a line of dead pixels on the screen. It seems to be the same line that appears on the printout.
I am using a Mac. Does anybody know if there is any way around this issue? Can this be fixed?
