I thought I would upgrade the Joomla portion of my website.
I clicked the upgrade button in the install central area, and after a short bit, I got a message stating that the upgrade failed because it could not connect to the database.
Prior to trying to upgrade, I was able to view the pages in question without problem.
Since that time, all I get is, "Database Error: Unable to connect to the database:Could not connect to MySQL".
I spoke to Customer Service and he stated that they are experiencing an issue with the database servers.
Now, I just don't feel right about this. It seems that it was an issue with the upgrade, and that's now why I can't access my webpage. Does anyone have thoughts or suggestions for me?
