Google Toolbar Voting Buttons Disappeared

I recently updated my Google Toolbar, have the Voting Buttons been scrapped or did I stuff something up?

The voting buttons aren't included in the Firefox version of the Toolbar. If you're using Internet Explorer, click the Settings button and select Options. You should find them there somewhere.

Keep in mind that this is just an experimental program (still), and there's no sign that it affects rankings or SPAM filters. If you're looking for more customized search results, if you stay logged into your Google account, you can use the SearchWiki buttons in the search results to bump selected sites up or down in addition to having your results personalized by your search history.

Yes I should have mentioned this is with the latest version of IE7. Voting Buttons do not appear under Options, Extra Buttons, Pugins or anywhere as far as I can see. I can only assume Google has dumped the experiment. I do use iGoogle and bump sites but voting for sites made me feel all warm and fuzzy.. awwww.
