Log into mysqladmin directly?

I want to log directly into mysqladmin without having to log into OPS. Is that possible?

I have several websites and I have few people who manage each one seperately. I want each database administrators to log in seperately, and I dont want them to access ops. Is that possible? how?

I have not tried it, but how about installing phpMyAdmin yourself and using that?

I have phpmyadmin installed on another web host that doesn't have it offered in the control panel. I just type the domain name followed by a slash and the subdirectory named phpmyadmin and I can log into it without going through her control panel. It can probably be done here, but be careful about security. Watch your file permissions.

Wow it would be nice to use the "MySQL Administrator" app from MySQL than I could backup, replicate, and deploy a site in minutes, limit my transfer bandwidth, etc.
