I screwed up my wordpress blog and I just want to restore the database to before the night of Aug. 19, 2009. I've tried to contact support and I was given a ticket #. It's been my experience that the issue can be resolved quickly or not-so-quickly and I'm a bit weary since I know that database back ups are kept for the past 3 days only. I wanted to know where I could find the Powweb back ups of the database so that I could try restoring it myself. My database is using the phpMyAdmin feature.

MySQL Management Tool (http://ops.powweb.com/webControl/mysql/manage.bml)
The 'view backups' link may be what you seek.

Alright!!! Cool. So I just click on that and it will allow me to download it so that I may upload it back to the database via the import button?

O.k. - I just fixed everything. Thank you so much, snowmaker. The link that you provided helped. I just downloaded the the .dmp file and went to phpMyAdmin and imported the file. Everything back to normal.
