Gemus.PL ??? malicious on domain/server- hELP!

Please help- urgent need!

I have some sites that have video embedded on them that are hosted on my Powweb hosted domain http://audio-video-online.net

Sites are showing up in Google Chrome (including the above) as malicious sites because of something called "Gemus.pl" that is somehow on the server.

I'm not sure what to look for OR what to fix.
