Explain Please (new account user)

In the "package" email message is the following:

"You need to register, or modify your domains registration to use
the following DNS servers:"

1) What does that mean?
2) Do I need to go do something?
3) If so where and what?

The two sites I have were moved here (or in the middle of being moved to PowWeb) not newly created domains.

I am in the middle of uploading one site via FTP now.

4) Am I correct in assuming I put the "index.htm" in the main folder and then use sub-folders like other standard sites I've used?

5) Will they automatically charge the same credit card I used for the first site for the 2nd site? I can't figure out how to pay for the 2nd site.

A- you must go to the place where you registered your domain and point the servers as indicated in the email (ns2 & ns3). The place where you bought (& paid) for the domain.

A- place your index.htm and any sub-folders inside the htdocs
folder

Yes, you should have an account setting. On buying the second account, you specify the payment method (by which account) and you will recieve a confirmation by email. You can always check with the Payments and Accounting in the ops to monitor what is happening.

I also moved the registration of the 2 sites to PowWeb's affiliate, 15domains.Com.

Will they take care of the DNS numbers or do I go somewhere to put the DNS numbers in there?

The 2nd site I registered on PowWeb is still showing the payment as "pending" and for the life of me I can't find where to make a payment using the same credit card info as the first one.

There is no link I see to make the payement so I can only assume they will automatically do it sooner or later.

domain through 15domains.com need no change...let them do everything!

payment pending:

go to ops and login,

go to accounting...you should have 'something account'..click it

you should pay any pending payments from here. If you still have problems contact billing@powweb.com.

There is no link on those pages to "pay now". It just says "pending".

I clicked on all the clickables.

I sent email asking them how to pay for it.
