Flash Game Wanted

I am just starting to learn Flash. I have a long ways to go before I learn how to make what I want. How much would it cost to have a game made. An example of what I want can be found by doing a search on google for "supreme deer hunting game".

Trying to determine if it is worth it to pay someone or to go ahead and bite the bullet and buckle down and put the flash learning on the fast track.
