How do I change the contact details for my web address that is displayed as the admin contacts on the site?
I have changed them in the personal section of the OPS over three weeks ago, and yet the information has still not been changed when i check it at netnames.com

You can only make these changes via your registrar. Contact them for details.

FYI: If you registered your domain via Powweb, you can manage that domain via your DomReg tab in Ops.

Thanks, but basically the problem is that i do not want my phone number or address available for general viewing online. The problem with this is that it is not possible to enter those form fields as blank. Is there any other way so these contact details are now available to the general web user?

FYI, while it is illegal to use false information, we recommend using perhaps a pager # or mobile # if you don’t want to use your home or office #.
