A webspace account
Perl 5 (or higher) installed on the server your web account is on
CGI.pm v2.4+ and Socket.pm modules installed on the server your web account is on
At least 1 mb of diskspace on your webspace account; over 3mb recommended
Sendmail (for UNIX) or SMTP (for NT or UNIX); optional, but recommended



So does powweb support this on your server?

Yep :)

Use the Sendmail option. The SMTP servers require user authentication so they won't work with programs that merely send mail out.
