I am having trouble logging in to the Control Panel. I am very new to this, so please excuse if I am doing something stupid... using my username & password??? the log in box just keeps popping up.

Refer to your setup e-mail for your webuser name and password.

Both are case-sensitive, so be careful with that CAPS-lock key.

Do not forget that you login name is the domain name without the www. and the .com so just only what is in between the dots.

FYI - Not everybody's OPS username is a domain name.

For one thing, a single OPS user can have multiple domains.

For another thing, a domain name can be much longer than the maximum length for an OPS username.

Looked up my info and turned out the log in name was different from the domain name... duh! Thanks for your help, I am sure I will have more questions as I get going with this.
