I'm trying very hard not to flame here, but what's going on? We're up, we're down. This is far from 99.7% uptime and even further from the 100% uptime that you're hoping to get from internap. I'd rather not have to tell my users to start editing their host files to get into my site. Is there an eta on when this is going to be rectified? I don't think that we, the subscribers are asking for much, just some notification that we're going to be down and a valid time that we're going to be back up. So how about it? When are our sites going to be accessible to the general public without them changing their hosts file? Is there going to be compensation for this as well???
