No. Ours changed when Powweb's changed with NO action on our part.

the short and simple answer is it should propagate out to the regristrars automagically. If you do your own DNS which I wouldn't recommend since you'll be down if we ever change anything which happens then you'll have to make the changes yourself, manually.
