I know this is getting somewhat redundant, but, does anyone have a clue as to what is going on? I checked with Microsoft, YESTERDAY, and posted the results here, TWICE, emailed to Tech Support, faxed it, but never heard anything to indicate that they had even tried this and it didn't work.
What's up Guys? I've been in IT for over 20 years, please act like you have a clue. Communicate!
I know that we probably have a lot of nerve complaining and wanting Customer Service when we're only paying 7.77 per month, but hey, you set the price.
I've been down about 3 days, again. Maybe the server I'm on, callisto, doesn't contain what you guys consider to be "Mission Critical". I don't know. FYI, I worked on the content for my site for over 7 years I have over 23,000 internal links...that work. This work is extremely important to me and the group of researchers around the globe that rely on its content. I know what you're thinking, if it's so important why did you use a "discount" service. Well heck, you guys offer quite a deal, and boast 99.7% uptime, with 250MB for under 8 bucks...duh.
It's obvios that Powweb is a small company. Probably just a couple of guys, but now you're in the "Bigs". I want you to be successful. you have a good concept. If at that price-point you are not able to deliver effectivly I would suggest saying so by perhaps offering an upgrade of some sort for those that are willing to pay. I know it's more work, but hey, you're in the "Bigs"...remember.
Anyway, is there any chance that someone, that knows or at least knows someone who knows, could communicate with the hand full of us that still are without our sites? I can see it's not that many of us by the number of posts here. But we need our stuff.
