Is Server Down 00:44 (CT) 1/12/02?

I can't seem to access my websites, are the servers down. Are there announcements to users when POW WEB servers are down?

Emails seem to be still operational.

I know the server called "Pluto" is down. I sent a support email in a while ago, but haventeard anything back :( So I am just like you, sitting here waiting :( I have not seen any place saying things are down or when things maybe down.

All,

The admins try to post major outages (especially intentional ones) in the "Announcements" section of these forums.

My experience with Powweb is that when there is a server problem they pounce on it immediately--24X7--and get it going again. While they are busy doing that, they won't have time to answer e-mails.

If your site is down for more than, say, one hour--then send e-mail to support@powweb.com.

I know how frustrating it is to have part of your service down. But Powweb does care.

Im on terra!!!! They must be having routing issues! My site is up and running (http://clan-rte.net) but I cannot access it nor can I ftp to it. Im assuming they are re-routing? Been down for about 2 hours but as long as other people can see it I guess Ill wait it out!

Everyone I talk to can reach it except me lol. I time out at 64.63.129.195 for some reason? Thanx for the heads up still playin around here to see if theres anything I can do!!!

Well I figured out my problem connecting to my site. It was Between the Monitor and the back of the chair! I am running BlackIce on my network and the website was running a Point to Point Tunneling Protocol probe on my IP so BlackIce decided to block the IP without letting me know about it! Anyone else ever just wanna crawl back into a corner and go to sleep!
