Archiving a big folder times out

I'm using OPS to *try* to archive a folder containing a lot of subfolders/files so I can then download the one compressed file. OPS keeps timing out on me. Anyone have any bright ideas or should I just start a monster FTP session?

It depends on the content, if it is jpegs/mp3/4 a big FTP session is the way to go.
These types of files don't compress well.
I don't suffer from laziness, I enjoy every minute!

    HalfaBee,

Unfortunately the folders are full of images, so I took the monster FTP session route. Painful but it's done now.
