Problem with Remote Access to ZenPhoto and Gallery

A year ago, I was having much fun uploading pictures from Windows Live Photo Gallery to Zenphoto, using a small addon in Windows Live Photo Gallery.

Recently, it stopped working. The addon simply gave me a 403 error.

Figuring the addon might be out of date, I tried Gallery3 instead, with its own addon to Windows Live Photo Gallery. Still, it didn't work, and gave me a 404 error.

I tried on other computers, it does the same.
I also tried with other apps (such as Gallery3's Gallery Remote), and it also tells me the gallery simply doesn't exist.

Is there a configuration on the server side that prevents any form of remote access?

Powweb does have configuration that can prevent remote access to another server. This isn't a user configuration. I don't know if that prevents you accessing the Windows Live server.

So, it might be server side, and I might not be able to change that?

Correct - if that is the problem then it is possible you can't alter it and you certainly can't change those server settings. Others have reported that contact to remote servers did work then stopped working. It depends on the server you're contacting and what you're doing and how you're doing it.
