This isn't a new 'guideline', or one that has just started to be enforced but is one that a reminder is needed for:

Conversations, e-mail communication and the contents of support tickets are private communications between the customer and Powweb support and as such should not be made public.

This 'guidleine' was set down by the owners of Powweb quite a long time ago and has been enforced by the moderators ever since - one or two quotes may slip by, but not many!
