    Talking Happy Easter!

Sorry I haven't been around much to party with you guys... missing you :-) Just trying to find a way to edit my website now that I absolutely must but no longer have FrontPage. Have been to the FrontPage forum to see what other people did about it and, as I type, I am downloading Kompozer onto my snazzy second-hand laptop with Windows 7 and Office 2007 which wouldn't let me bring FrontPage along for the ride and hope to be able to do something with that... I am such a slow learner I may have grey hair by the time I get there. LOL

Anyway, hope you have a brilliant Easter and hope to be hanging out with you again soon...

Happy Easter to you too! (and welcome back - don't take so long next time!) Unless you used specific FP features then you should find that Compozer is fairly easy once you have downloaded the FP existing site.

    Talking Thanks Ian!

Presumably I should FTP the whole site onto my hard drive... ? Honestly, I really am the eternal newbie! Sorry...

In the meantime, to celebrate Easter, last night I finally got around to releasing the first of a set of songs I wrote and recorded on cassette in the '80s, so I've been a cassette to digital and audio clean-up newbie for the past couple of weeks - I found the cassettes in a box in the bilge, having forgotten all about them! LOL

If you'd like to have a listen, there's a player with the first song on it at SoundClick and I've just started cleaning up the next song - gradually the whole album, entitled Songs From a Transit Van will end up there with a bit of luck... it's never too late to have a go at things :-)

Once again, I wish you and everyone here on the Powweb forums and on the Powweb staff a very Happy Easter :-)

That would work - but if you can get FP running download via that as it will download all the 'special' folders as well.
