    CSS Navigation Methods

    Hi All -

I'm looking for some tips on how to create navigation menus effectively. Specifically, if you look at the following site example I put up, you'll see the white box around each menu item. I want to be able to space the text inside each rectangle but keep the size of the border the same height as the yellow box. As you can see I'm using padding to push the text around and I know there is a better to go about it. Any tips and tricks you use for navigation would be really helpful.

I'd like to mimic the nav I see on this site.

    Thanks for the help.

Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery. Have you looked at the style sheets controlling the page you want to mimic? They may help.
