    Website access issue

I was just notified that a person is having difficulty accessing a website that I created. Difficulty as in not being able to access the server at all. A 'server not found' or 'problem connecting to server' message is returned. The only details I have right now are his ISP, which is AT&T, and some kind of Apple device is being used. An iPod or tablet. This has been going on for a week or so, since the first time he tried. The site is Bristol Marine Technologies, Inc. If anyone here uses that ISP and/or has an Apple device, could you please try it?

    Good morning Bruce,

iPhone5s, iOS7, connected to my AT&T DSL via wifi.

Site works and opens quickly. No issues.

    Good luck,
    Kevin

Thanks Kevin. A member of another forum that I frequent (www.emaildiscussions.com) had no problems either. He was using an Apple device and AT&T also. A member of the AT&T forum where I also posted this problem said that he/she didn't have a problem either. I don't know what kind of device was used, but I don't think it's an Apple issue because the site is almost a decade old and I don't think this is the first time someone tried to access it with an Apple device.. Thanks again, Kevin.

I'm not using AT&T but the site loads up fine here. It could be an internet route point down in that viewer's area. Might have them try http://www.megaproxy.com/ as a test.

Thanks too, Melissa. I've asked this question on 3 forums (an AT&T forum being one!) and so far everybody has had a successful connection. PC and Apple desktops, iOS and Windows, and all kinds of small devices. I still haven't gotten a reply to my question to the 'one with this issue' as to where his/her location is.. I am quickly losing reason to prioritize this issue.

Again, not what you're looking for but on a PC here in Portugal I had not issues using a public wi-fi connection.
