Every single time I try to use phpMyAdmin to work on a database, or a few databases, it will go down on the 3rd or 4th login. It happens every single time without exception and it is not a traffic issue because the site sees next to no traffic at all it has consistently been used as a development platform more than a public website that anyone would want to go to in the first place.

Once it does go down it starts to return a 500 error and I have to wait anywhere from 45 minutes to an hour to get back in and get the work done. On one occasion I just gave up and tried again the following day.

This is frustrating to say the least and is causing an artificial slowdown in the work being done.

If we're apparently allowed to have 66 databases it goes without saying that some traffic would be expected to occur on them. If the database can't handle one person logging into it multiple times what good is one of them, let alone over 60 others?
