Unhappy New account setup, temporary URL not working, can't enter Ops.

Domain: blackbeanie.net

I've received my confirmation and account info e-mails from PowWeb but I'm not able to access my temporary URL? I keep getting the could not locate the server error (ie - domain name doesn't resolve to anything).

Temporary URL I was given:
http://blackbeanienet.powweb.com/

The other thing is I haven't been able to enter the Ops section to check anything out. I've sent some support messages and I've not received anything back yet. I know it's not been 24 hours, but I'm needing to get this set up at least so I can see what I have here. Hopefully someone can get to me sooner here to at least begin to help me. But then again, I'm going to be leaving in an hour.. hmm... so much for that I s'pose. Ah well.

Thanks in advance for any help you can give.

Angry Temp URL is working but still can't access Ops area.

The temporary URL is working just fine now. Thanks for fixing that, I appreciate it.

Now the only other problem is that I can't access the Ops area at https://ops.powweb.com

I use my WebUser name, and every last twisted variation on my password that I can... and nothing works. I don't know if my password was set wrong, or if it never was set, or what. I sent in a support request and have not received anything back as of yet.

Naturally I need to be able to access my Ops area or else what am I to do with a web account that I can't configure. I need to get this resolved as soon as possible (everything always needs to be done yesterday doesn't it... ah well..) as I can't do anything other than upload files to my site.

Someone please help me.
