Cluster07 / 09

Cluster07 and 09 are experiencing 500 errors and connection issues. Admins have been notified of this problem and will be restoring services asap.

The filesystem which serves clust07 and clust09 has gone down. It is currently offline while it is being checked and remedied. We expect the check to be complete shortly and deeply apologize for the downtime. We will post updates as we have them.

We believe the problem is either hardware or an OS problem with the Network Appliance file server. After contacting NetApp again today they will be sending a rep to our data center to diagnose the problem and either fix/replace the file server which should fix the problem once and for all. Thank you for your patience and sorry for any inconvenience.

Our Network Appliance filer is going through a file check and will be back online once that is completed. We are working with Netapp to investigate the problem so it does not happen again. We apologize for the inconvenience and we will credit all customers on cluster07 & cluster09 additional months of hosting due to the extended length of service interruptions.

Please note that Email services are not affected with this outage.

A Netapp engineer is at our NOC doing an extensive analysis on our Netapp Filer to pin point the problem. Thank you for your patience.

Service is now restored. Our Netapp engineer will be sending us core a analysis to the problem and they confirm that it problem should not happen again. As always, thank you for your patience.

At the moment we are experiencing issues with cluster07 & 09. Our administrators are aware of the issues and are working diligently to resolve them. We appreciate your patience, and we will be posting updates as they become available.

The filecheck is unfortunately taking longer than expected. As soon as more information is known, we'll update this thread.
