Building a Photo based community
I want to build up a website that user can register, create his own album, add/delete photo, while he cannot edit other users’ album
is there any software that relevant to this application? Thank you |

You might want to check out "Gallery" - http://gallery.menalto.com/. It's free and open sourced. It might be what you're looking for.

Keep in mind if you do this and are looking to do it on a shared host like PowWeb, you are responsible for the content. If someone uploads adult content or copyrighted pictures you could get your account shut down or sued.
