can I pay with western union?

I am from Sudan where we can't pay with credit card or alertpay , the only available way is western union but I didnt find it in your system
I will be glad if you let me register with western union.
can I do that?

This is a customer to customer forum - so we can't really assist with payment or billing issues. The only options available will be those shown when you attempt to sign-up. As that is nearly 8yrs ago for me, things have changed quite a lot. You may be able to pay by PayPal (you could at one stage if I remember correctly), but the only options are those shown.

Unfortunately, you will not be able to sign up with PowWeb. U.S. Federal regulations prohibit U.S. businesses from doing business with anyone from certain countries, including Sudan, Cuba, Syria, Iran, North Korea and Myanmar or with Specially Designated Nationals (SDNs). In the event you are in one of such countries, or are an SDN, you will not be able to sign up for our services. I'm sorry for any resulting inconvenience.
