Guestbook Question

I am using Guestbook25. It is good. I would like, however, like to make the guest's email address private, meaning only logged, but not shown to the public. Is this possible. If not, is there another similar guestbook that has this feature that is not remotely hosted? Thank You.

I can't think of any that absolutely 'cloak' the email address. Some display it as an icon but you can still mouse over the icon and see the email address.

That could be something that needs to be hacked into it since it's not the 'norm'.
