Debugging a function - error ??

Hello.

I've created an email script (several years ago..), and recently discovered it is not working..

During my tests now, Everything else in my script works except the part that sends the email.

I've googled but can't find the exact phrase

mail($emailaddress, $emailsubject, $msg, $headers) OR (show error message);

Can anyone advise what the OR part is - the exact phraseing to show a debug message. (I've googled but can't see any examples of it - what to put after the first part..)..


i'm using the SMTP functions - not 'mail' - but i guess the 'or error' part is similar.

$mail_object =& Mail::factory("smtp", $smtpinfo);
$mail_object->send($recipients, $headers, $mailmsg);

Since it was working, any chance it is something that PowWeb started blocking?
