cm4all website published, but not visible

I created a basic website using cm4all for the first time and it indicated that it was successfully published. However, when I try view my website it is not there (default website under development page shows up).
When starting the new build process it prompts you for the site address to which the domain should automatically point. What should I enter after "account name. powweb.com/"?
I am assuming that the site title is not significant.

account name. powweb.com points to an index file (.html, .htm, or .php) located in the htdocs subdirectory. So account name. powweb.com and maybe /whatever subdirectory in htdocs has the website files/ is probably ok I guess.
