rss feeds not working

I have two blogs set up, both use totally different software packages. (wordpress and serendipity) But both generate rss feeds.

Problem is that any of the rss feeds generate an extra blank line to start the feed and that isn't exceptable with xml so the feed isn't displayed just an error show here:

XML Parsing Error: XML or text declaration not at start of entity
Location: http://www.thejump.net/outdoor-videos/feed/
Line Number 2, Column 1:

This is on two seperate software packages so it must be something to do with powweb set up. Any ideas??????

Wordpress has a installable fix for this as a plugin. Trying to find the blank line in the code for the serendipity.

The wordpress seems to be working just not on my firefox browser. May be a cache issue with that.

Serendipity is still giving me fits. Feeds will just not work, can't get the darn blank line off the top of the page!!!! aaaahahhahhhhh!!!!

Finally!!! Fixed it by editing 18 million carraige returns. Finally found the culprit. One of the files in a subfolder of the plugins folder has carraige returns as the first line of code. Disabling plugins didn't help. I am free!!!!!!
