Uploading File To Media Player

I have Media Player on my web site built using Tripod build option. I do not know HTML. I copied and pasted the HTML code from webmonkey and put in what I thought was the filename for my video but nothing happens.

The file name is: practicemass.mpeg

The file is in: C:\documents and settings/jack sweeley/my documents/pinnicale studio/my projects

1. How do I upload the file to the web page filemanager?

2. If I understand webmonkey correctly after

<PARAM NAME="filename"
VALUE= I inset the filename into the code. Do I put in just practicemass.mpeg or do I need more?

I must know how to do this by Friday.
