directory path?

to have my commision cart installed I need to provide the following info, now I think I know the answers but I need to be sure.
1)what is my directory path from server root?
2)URL to hosting provider?
3)FTP address
4)perl 5 path
5)send mail path

Howdy:

Your directory path(s) are as follows:

/www/firstletterofyourusername/username/htdocs

for CGI scripts:

/www/firstletterofyourusername/username/cgi-bin

URL to hosting provider?? Hmmmm, that would be www.powweb.com but that shouldn't be in a Perl script configuration.

FTP:

servername.powweb.com (ex: venus, pluto, neptune)
username: yourusername
password: your password

Path to Perl:

#!/usr/bin/perl

Path to Sendmail:

/usr/sbin/sendmail

Check that request for host URL. That's rather odd. Perhaps they are looking for your URL?
