Each domain registration is $15.00, that's for registering it.. it's not money in powweb's pocket. The first domain is your primary used to view your account. Each domain on top of that is the registration charge, and a $25 one time pointing fee. If you just want to reserve a domain name, not use it.. they will park it free for you (IIRC)

What Laurey said is correct.
What you may have misunderstood is that you can have free unlimited sub.domain.com. You would do this with .htaccess. http://help.powweb.com/tutorials/htaccess/subdomain.php Things like this: http://forum.yourdomain.com http://gallery.yourdomain.com http://whatever.yourdomain.com

Can you explain what it means to "park" a domain. I purchased the domain GearHeadSpeedShop.com through PW but havent done anything with it yet. Does that mean that the domain is parked?

Well,,it really is just like it sounds. Your new domain name will be parked here at powweb until you get ready to use it. Just sitting in the garage till you pull it out for a drive. You will still have to renew at the renewal date to keep the name.
