Question Frame use on powweb

I have a website with frames up and running properly on another host and my question is this:
If I uploaded everything to powweb, why won't my page links open the page within the frame specified instead of opening a whole new window? It opens in the frame just fine on the other host...
Here is an example of how I have the page link tag:
<a href="available.html" target="frame2">Available Dogs</a><br>

TIA for any help on this one

BTW,I will be totally removing frames when I redo the website, but I need it to work as is right now...

hehe Im glad its all working
the labs on your site are so beautiful... Id adopt one, but I live in australia, and I think shipping would be a bit much on that!! lol
I want a lab, I have a 6 month old son, and Im kind of wary abut dogs (there has been a lot of attacks here with dogs and children - really placid dogs just turning on their owners for no apparant reason!)
I know labs are really good and cuddly (lol - my friends had one) so if I were to get a dog it would be a lab.
