Ok, if I sign up for 1 year plan (in order to get 2 months free) do I have to pay in one time? or I can pay quaterly?

nope, pow is *nix based.. does support php though..

As Laurey says... PowWeb does support PHP.

And also... there are converters out there to help you convert ASP pages to PHP.
