ftp problems

Can anyone tell my why I can't access my site via ftp? I have used the correct settings and user name and password, but I keep getting a login incorrect... no matter what I do or change.

I am really getting bummed out about this... I wanted to have my site up and ready by Thanksgiving... guess not this year

If you include your domain name, if by the slim chance an *cough* sysadmin reads this, he may be able to assist.

oops... okay... my domain is webnutsdesign.com strangely... I can connect to every other site I configure on my ftp (WS Pro) but not to this place... I am going crazy!!!
