need input on a website

Could I get input on this website.

All the wording came from the outlaw club, as well as all the photos.

I had a major problem with trying to get dust to be thrown up from the wheels on the drivers pages. I tried several ways to do it & it would lock up the whole site. Couldnt ever get it to go. Asked several people & teachers at my school & no one new how to get that to go. I wanted it to keep being thrown up across the whole page. tried it by key frame by key frame. tried to do it in layers. Nothing worked.

Thanks for the input. It is much appreciated. I am wanting to learn.

What you could do is create as many different layers as needed - and alternate showing them - have each of the dust clouds follow the trail of the puller - and alternate which layer is shown each frame - either that or:

Have 3 layers

Frame 1 show layer 1
Frame 2 show layer 1+2
Frame 3 show layer 2+3
Frame 4 show layer 3+1
Frame 5 show layer 1+2
etc...
