Itr's my first pro site, So tell me what I need to do.

Well.. umm.. it looks... ok... I think >.< I think you would be better off aiming towards desiging the look of the site around the actual domain name (gamersinparadise). try and make some images that represent paradise somehow... and also.. try to not make everything so.. square

its good for a first attempt

Looks reaallllly bad in 1600 x 1200 resolution.

Try making it more of a layout than 3 sections (left, middle, right).
