Can't start Flash Player
I just downloaded and installed Swish. Awesome! I've created a new 'Swish Movie' and saved as an swf file, but I can't start the Flash Player. When I select 'File - Test in Player' nothing happens. I can 'Test in Browser' and it runs fine (although it runs more quickly than the preview within Swish - what's up with that?).
I went to the macromedia site and selected 'download Flash Player' but that doesn't seem like it does anything (like I already have it). And I don't have a Flash Programs group nor a flashpla.exe. How can I install the whole player and what is the name of the zip file? NOTE - I recently installed IE6. Could that have anything to do with it? |

Flash player
hi pedal,
The file test in player is the same command as Control>Play Movie Flash player is embeded in the Swish program to play in the viewing area workspace. Is'nt Swish a great way to start learning the flash technology. So much more user friendly. Maybe Flash will have to get in the game and make their product easier to learn!
