No Date/Time on Posts to Guestbook

I got my guestbook working again, but now the posts are not timed or dated as they once were.

Is the 'date' info also a hidden cgi-bin item?

$guestbookurl = "http://www.tresclub.com/guestbook/guestbook.html";
$guestbookreal = "/www/t/tresclub/htdocs/guestbook/guestbook.html";
$guestlog = "/www/t/tresclub/htdocs/guestbook/guestlog.html";
$cgiurl = "http://www.tresclub.com/cgi-bin/guestbook/guestbook.pl";
$date_command = "/usr/bin/date";
