Data Base Problem - need to find file

I'm having a problem with the data base and need to edit the file that has the database name & user name. I've looked & looked & just can't find it. If anyone can help, I'd really appreciate it.

(Sigh)It's the error that says I have had too many inquries -- but, I'm only in developemnt & there has hardly been any activity.

Look in admin>includes>configure.php

Can you say "stoopid" Where is that little embarrased guy when you need him. I was searching on the version I have on my local machine and it doesn't have the live data!!! Thanks so much for showing me the error of my ways!
