FTP problems on terra?

I'm not able to connect to my site on terra via ftp. It isn't even getting to the point of rejecting my login. It is as if the ftp deamon weren't running. I'll send a note to support after I post this.

I'm on Terra as well, mine's workin' right now, but it is "moody" a lot. It'll connect, then it won't. Seem's to do it quite a lot.

That is the one thing I've notic'd the mos'. Even when mine FTP won't connect, mine site is still up. I've only notic'd mine site, on Terra, down one time, an it was a very breif 'mount 'o time.
I do take that as a bonus, but the FTP not connectin', an doin' it a lot, really does piss me off.
Yet, after PW did it's last few upgrade's/fix's, it has been connectin' A LOT more than it had in the past. I got tired 'o sendin' email's to support an stuff, cuz they would jus' say the same thing, even after I told 'em that I had try'd that allready, an said it was nuthin' on their end, but so goes it 'eh?
All I know is that mine site seem's to alway's be up, an mine FTP connect's 99% 'o the time, so that keep's me happy.
