DNS nightmare!

FRUSTRATION!!!!

i own a .co.uk web address and i registered it through speednames.com. now i have tried to change my DNS by asking them to do so to powwebs servers, and they say i can only change this by giving them powwebs Tag name.

Well i have tried using 'Powweb; as the tag but they say its not correct. This is driving me crazy and losing me money. The last email i got back said this:

'Powweb' is not the TAG, but the nameserver of your new providor.

In order to redelegate a .co.uk/org.uk domain the TAG has to be released by the present ISP. Each ISP has its own TAG, its name, e.g for Speednames TAG is SPEEDNAMES.'

SOMEONE HELP!!!!

ns2.powweb.com has serial number 1015560017
ns3.powweb.com has serial number 1015560017
