Lightbulb OPS feature request: remove, edit Credit Card info

(Hope this is on topic, and everything else I've read in this groups has been off :-). Maybe change the name of the group to "Account Management (OPS pages)"?)

One of my domains is down, 'cause I can't pay the bill... my credit card info listed is incorrect, I mis-typed the CVV2 number. Unfortunatly, I can't seem to correct it myself: there's no way to edit or delete the credit card profile in question, and trying to re-add the credit card with the correct CVV2 results in the message that "that credit card is already on file, contact billing". I've contacted Billing, but I imagine they're kind of busy, as the CVV2 listed on file is still wrong.

Anyway, my request: a screen where all of the credit card info (number, CVV2, name, expiration date) can be edited, the ability to delete a credit card from PowWeb files, and the ability to add a card that is currently listed as "disabled". Any thoughts?

Thanks,
matt j

Try contacting billing@powweb.com and stating that your cc info is incorrect.

Hope this helps!

uhm, yes, I did contact billing. The point of my post is a feture request, not really a ***** fest. If such a "credit card edit" feature was available, I souldn't have to annoy billing :-)

I'm pretty sure PowWeb is working on this. PowWeb is very busy answering support and billing questions, while working on current problems, along with adding in new features to things like the one you suggestion.

In the mean time though, you'll just have to "annoy" billing.

Hope this helps!
