Western Union

Hi there I am new to PowWeb. I just tried to send my payment to PowWeb via Western Union and it would not send without a City Code, Does anyone know what that code is? Has anyone had this problem?

Here is the address where I've sent my payment for hosting via Western Union. Didn't meet any problems in doing so ...

Try e-mailing billing@powweb.com for the answer. There used to be a part in the payment section of OPS for selecting manual payment via money order. Don't know if it's still there as I pay by CC.

Ok I am doing what powweb has told me. I know what info I have to provide.
But what part of this is the city code? That is what I keep getting asked and out of all the info I give them it don't work. All I am asking is what the city Code it. What part is the city code? Why can't anyone just say what part is the city code? That’s what they are asking me for. I have showed them everything powweb has told me to use.

I get the some answer from Powweb but no one is saying "the city code is this". I have taken the info to 3 places and they are not doing it right. They tell me the city code might not be the city that is part of the address. Which don't make sense to me.

I have put 3 years into this site. I have a message board running on a mysql database with 66 members. I can't lose this information. I have sent a money order today for $30 but I don't think it will get there on time. And I am going to try Western Union again Sunday morning. But I am freaking out. I thought Western Union would be a faster way of getting the money to powweb but instead its making me lose sleep and hair.

The fastest, if you can do it, is a Credit or Debit card from someone like Visa or MasterCard or American Express. It may not be the 'cheapest' for you, or even possible, but most certainly fastest.
