Store URL being redirected
When I attempt to view my store using the url http://www.mitchryder.com/store I am redirected to https://mitchryder.secure.powweb.com...541463fd12f2c8
I've tried it from several machines so its not a cache problem. I am sure its something in the config but I'm just not sure how to resolve this. HELP! |

Acutally...I'm getting a 'cannot find server' error.
Seems like you are being redirected from that address to a secure address...but its not formatted properly. Check your .htaccess file.

No...I'm getting the error because in the address bar it is 2 http://
(http://http://www.mitchryder.....) If you are redirecting this with .htaccess...remove the http:// in front of the domain name.

Its probably in the store script somewhere. I'm not familiar with this script...but look in the store directory for a .htaccess file and see if its being redirected.
Also check the admin panel and see if anything is there.

BerksWebGuy,
Thanks for trying to help. I've looked through the script and the admin cp - I can't see anything that would be redirecting the url. I'll post the problem over at oscommerce and see if anyone there has a clue as to what's happening. Quote:

I finally figured out that this is not an OsCommerce problem. It has something to do with powweb's subdomain changes. I've added a trailing slash after each directory name and things seem ok.
