Smile My first liquid/fluid website using CSS

Check out my new website. http://www.securitybrief.net
I am teaching myself CSS and Liquid web design. I Figured it was time to get with it, especially after being slapped around by Yvette on my last website post.

Tell me what you think.

Seems like a nice "frames style" design. But I don't get the "liquid" part. Unless you are selling beer on there somewhere I did not see

???

Are you looking at the right site? This site is not designed with frames. The pages utilize CSS, divs, along with HTML expanding relative width tables to expand the webpages at higher browser resolutions. That is what I mean by "Liquid" design.

I know you are not using frames, I said a "frames style" design. Fixed top frame and fixed left menu frame - yes . . . done with CSS, but the typical "frame style".

I just had not heard of table width using % to be variable being called "liquid". But now I know what you mean.
